In 2008, RP Aikido was known for clinching a champioship in the first Annual Youth Meet. On the year after, RP Aikido again clinched championship.
In mid 2009, a new committee was established with a new goal and objectives, headed by the Captain Adi. This is current RPAIG.
- Red - Masakatsu/ Fire = Bravery. Courage
- Blue - Agatsu/ Water = Intelligence/ Flexibility
- Green & Black = Vigour/ Freshness
The current committee emphasized on harmony, the way of Aikido. It is believed with unity, teamwork and spirit, anything can be achieved, thus becoming the three keypoints of our Motto.
The newly established committee strive for excellence and harmony between one another; instead of focussing on learning to fight, we learn the way to prevent fighting, the way of harmonizing one with the universe.
